Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states as well as internationally. Shipping charges will be added to your bill upon your agreement during the checkout process. 

Preparation Time: All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Deliveries may take 3-5 business days. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.

Flat-Rate Shipping Promotion - This promotion is a flat rate fee of $7.99 for shipping regardless of the size of the order for all orders under the $150 subtotal. This promotion only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Please note transit time is still the same as the standard and free promotional shipping offers of at least 5 business days.

Free Promotional Shipping - As a courtesy to our customers, some orders are eligible for free promotional standard shipping. Free promotional shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping charges will still be applied to all other locations and all expedited services. Preparation time for the complimentary promotional shipping services may be longer and transit time may also be extended. There is NO GUARANTEE on the day of delivery for the promotional shipping services. When opting for this service, please keep this in mind. We suggest to allow AT LEAST 5-7 business days before receiving your fabric when opting for the free promotional shipping. 

Expedited Shipping Services - All orders placed before 10:30 AM CST for expedited shipping services (including next day delivery, 2-day deliver) will be shipped on the same day. All orders after 10:30 AM CST will be shipped on the following day. If there are any delays in expedited shipping services caused by the carrier, we will work together with the customer to resolve the issue to the best of our ability however we cannot make any guarantees as it is entirely up to the carrier for reimbursement. Please note that delays caused by weather or acts of God are not eligible for refunds as the carriers do not offer refunds for such causes. 

Holidays - All holidays observed by shipping carriers will affect shipment delivery times. Please note that it is on the customer to be aware of these holidays and account for transit time. We do not hold accountability for missed delivery dates due to holidays and inclement weather.

International Shipping - We offer multiple methods of shipping for international shipments - FedEx and USPS services. Please note, any and all customs charges for international orders will potentially be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on the destination country. By placing your order, you are agreeing to bear these charges upon the package's arrival. 

Combined Shipping – Fabricity reserves the right to combine shipments going to the same address and same recipient where appropriate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Large Orders Shipping - Large orders might be delivered in a roll. Please get in touch with us if you want to confirm.

Delayed Shipping - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (this rarely happens, we take very seriously the processing time) Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Lost / Stolen Packages - If your order says "DELIVERED", but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office to see if your shipment is being held. Most of the time, the carrier has marked your item as delivered a little too early, in most cases it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all the information we have to help you locate your package, including; tacking number, ship date, and last known location.

Fabricity will NOT contact any parcel service on your behalf. When the package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package.

Fabricity is NOT responsible for the refund or reship of any packages due to the following circumstances:

  • Held or returned shipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable.
  • Delayed or late delivery for expediated shipping.
  • Shipments lost at any point in the parcel process.
  • Shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.

If you are concerned with receiving your order to your address due to lost or stolen shipments in the past, we do ship to P.O. boxes or we recommend that you ship your order to a secure mailbox
